There are organizations where you can donate whatever you can: supplies, food, housing, professional help.

The island is rallying together to try to begin the process of becoming whole again, but it is only the beginning.

As time goes one, we will try to update this with as much information as possible.

But here are some of the people who have been personally affected and many of them have lost everything except the clothes they were wearing when they escaped.

Venmo Accounts and Other Info of Those Directly Affected

Jake Evans and his son Jase

Jake Evans has lived in Lahaina for a decade plus. He has helped out many who needed it.

He's a master mechanic and was always seen running around helping people when their car broke down and needed to get somewhere. He's the reason that many people in Lahaina were able to get to work when their car wasn't running.

Many times, he wouldn't ask for payment. He could get just about anything running, even if he didn't have the right tools.

He and his 8 year old son Jase lost all of their belongings, their home and everything they owned in the fire.

Jake always helped when someone needed him.

Please Help Jake and Jase now.
